Context

The center for moving art launched a project called “The health experts — At home in your own body.” Together with assemble of the center, the zbk team developed a foundational program for healthy training. The exercise methods are based on ZBK’s IN.ZIRQUE® didactics.

Design

To support individual learning processes, the brochure provides visual guidance using accessible language and design elements. The language of movement applies the technique of role-play, expressed through different types of animals.
